Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Job description:
We are looking for a maintenance technician for a manufacturing company in the Mills River area. Electrical experience is required (Ideally 5 years’ experience)
- 1st shift 7 a m to 3:30 pm
- Overtime required
- Minimum 24 months experience troubleshooting/repairing industrial equipment in an industrial environment
- Manages parts inventory
- Must work with Production Supervisor to ensure equipment is maintained properly by operators
- Tracks equipment breakdowns to develops preventive action plans
- Report all major issues to General Manager and Production Supervisor
- Works with General Manager and Production Supervisor to develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance program for critical equipment
- Works as a coordinator for outside equipment maintenance vendors
- Hand tools, power tools, machine tools, welder, band saw, drill press, pipe threader, forklift, platform lifts and other specialty equipment
- Safety equipment – Safety glasses, steel toed shoes, hearing protection, gloves, face shields and other equipment as designated by the job being performed
