We are looking for Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in the Mills River area.
1st – $17 – 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
2nd – $18.50 -3:30pm to 2am Monday to Thursday, 10 hr shift, Friday is overtime
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate large industrial machines including anneal furnaces to produce wire of an accurate size and finish.
- Read and follow work instructions to identify correct stock.
- Remove scrap & waste material.
- Perform general housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
- Ability to lift 50-60-pound containers occasionally.
- Operation of hoist/cranes, ability to read micrometers, working knowledge of various hand tools.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme warm/cold temperatures.
